POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

A Non-Refundable Deposit is due to hold your spot on the retreat.  If in the event of a cancellation, this deposit can be transferable for another The Good Life Retreat within the limits of one calendar year.  

All cancellations up to three weeks prior to the retreat will be refundable less than the deposit amount.  If cancellation is less than three weeks before retreat, no additional refunds will be offered.  

By submitting deposit with The Good Life Retreat, I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

I hereby release and discharge The Good Life Retreat and all persons associated with The Good Life Retreat from and against any and all liability from my participation in the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally and all members of my family.

The Good Life Retreat and all parties connected with it are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy and Safety Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on this site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes for example information you provide when you register to use our site, create an account, book our services, use social media functions on our site, and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal details and level of yoga.

  • Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

Our Website and the servers that make this Website available worldwide are located in the United States. The Internet laws in the United States govern all matters relating to this Website. Any information you provide in subscribing to our Website or registering or ordering at our Website will be transferred to the United States. By visiting our Website and submitting information, you authorize this transfer, processing and use.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
